1103 B Conditions of Rental

Thank you for considering renting this unit.  Because of its close proximity to the owner upstairs and space limitations both on the driveway and within the unit, the following conditions apply to the rental:

1)     Only one vehicle is permitted at any time on the driveway

2)     Said vehicle must be in good working order and pass Texas inspection, no oil leaks or unsightly vehicles

3)     Only one person may occupy the unit at any time; if more than person, other than the tenant, stays more than 24 hours on the premise it will be considered a violation of the lease and lease will effectively be terminated.

4)     On occasion and with written or oral communication with landlord tenant may have another person stay at unit for greater than 24 hours along with their vehicle so long as it meets conditions of #2.

Because of problems and miscommunications in the past I needed to implement these above terms to the lease.  It creates a parking headache for me and also since I cover all the utilities.  I hope that you will understand…Thanks for your consideration.
