Also, I wanted to let you know that I really have enjoyed living in the treehouse for the past 6+ years.  Come to think of it, that is the longest I have ever lived in one single place!  I'm sad to be leaving, but excited for what is ahead of me.  My sister said she told you about our 'around the world trip'.  Check us out at www.sistersastray.com and stay in touch!

Hi Paul,

I have loved living in the Treehouse.  Being married now, we just needed a little more space.  John is just as sad to leave as I am.  Thank you so much for being a wonderful landlord.  I have not lived in any other apartment as long as this one.  I left a monogrammed towel for you that says Treehouse.  My mom made it.  Anyway, thought someone else might enjoy it.   10/30/08

I wanted to thank you again for 6 great years on Trailside.  The duplex was great, the location couldn't be beat, and you could not have been a better landlord.  I did not need much, but if anything ever needed to be done, you were very prompt and professional, and I really appreciate your communication.  You kept the property very well maintained and your concern for your tenants and their well-being was always evident.  It was a great experience all around!  THANK YOU

2207 Trailside

On a sad note....I know my lease is up June 30th.  I wondered if I could extend till July 13th or so.  I think im ready to move on and buy my own place again.  It will be a sad sad day to move from this place...let me know if this is ok and if you need to start showing the place or whatever.

Hi Paul,

I am making a career change and will be leaving Austin.  Im so sad to leave this wonderful city, (and my happy little Trailside home!) but excited about growing in my career....Thanks for being such a great landlord.  I will miss Barton Hills SO much!
